fletcher arrow

have a guy doing a level 2 who would like to know more about his boat it is believed to be a 1975 fletcher arrow (no other markings) with a merc straight six 125 unsure of year boat has what appears to be slightly bullnosed bow (similar to dory) is in very nice condition and would appreciate any info from you guys

boat is 17.5ft long

125 merc is an olden!! 'Red Band' I would think.

What do you would like to know? Did you know that there is a site about fletcher boats? Maybe you can find there a bit more if you ask about them. It's a quite old model. I think it's older than '75... Mine is from '79 but is the newer model.

I knew a fella years ago who had the exact same set up, bull nosed fletch, 125 red band.
He may even still have it.

It looks a bit like glastron the nose. In those years glastron and fletcher worked together. Fletcher had a license to make some glastrons etc...

Hello boaters

The bloke he was talking about whilst teaching me how not to sink was mine! Turns out I have a little more info now if anyone can expand on it. I have been told the boat was built about 1968, is probably a Fletcher 170 and that they used to be used as race boats? That jog anyones memory? Have added another pic too if it helps?
