Garage/Workshop wanted

I need a garage/workshop in the surrey/north hampshire area.
Needs to be minimum 28' long by 10' wide - anything considered, but I am looking at the "cheaper" end of the market!
Cheers
Matt

I might have a space temporarily reserved, but it's a bit far to travel really, need somewhere a bit more local. Gonna call a few farmers...

Seem to be a lot of people in that position. Mine lives outside under a cover, so I have to wait for the Springtime to do any work on it.

Maybe we should all get together and hire a disused warehouse somewhere central! Storage, working space, and I'm sure a bar and telly could be installed easily enough. The Boatmad Arms.
