Gav

Some acknowledgement of my e-mail would've been nice!

Or in case you failed to receive it,

please send me a cheque tomorrow, has been far too long now,

I'm quite honestly fed up and dissapointed.

I, along with, I believe one other member on here have an agreement that Gav is to keep full Alien Cowl sets in stock to ensure a speedy delivery. This is in exchange of the fee that distributors of said cowls were charged or in my case the supply of base plates (which was approx £300 worth). With this in mind I see no reason why it sould take this long for you to get one, or for that matter why they are being sold £130 lower than a price that was agreed on the 10th Feb 2007.
I know Gav is currently busy on key projects and I wish him all the best on this but I do fell a little bit agreaved on this subject as its so far left me approx £300 out of pocket!

Gav

I am probably a bit to blame of late for Gav's absense with trying to keep him on track with the Sequel 700xs.

And so far he is meeting the project deadlines.

Max try giving him a call again.

Max,
I did get your pm this morning but was being picked up and my lift arrived so could not reply and i've only just got in from work. I am sorry it has taken so long but i have been really up against things with the tooling work etc, no excuse though, i shoulda got it out earlier, however, it has already been sent and if you give me a call in the morning i will give you the tracking number as its done through my mates company. I will pm you my mobile number. Once again i appologise for causing you any inconvenience.

Dan,
I know you have a cowl in credit, you havent asked me for one as yet.... i was under the understanding you would call off as and when you needed one?....

Roofer,
Its feck all to do with you so butt out.

To whom ever else, i will not be selling/trading exhibiting any other wares/build pics here on the forum. Sorry for letting anyone down, i'm struggling to scrape an existence let alone a living.

Come on Gav,
Shit happens its the way we deal with the shit, think you have honestly answered the question by Max.
Keep posting as im fascinated by the progress with the Sequel if all of my customers were happy bunnies then I would be in hog heaven - thats why we have customer relations terrorists who work for those of us that are big enough to afford them

Got to be honest dont really like the "washing your dirty laundry in Public" stance by some members, this is sposed to be a friendly place for like minded folk to have a chat and the crack!

I'm with you on the "DIRTY WASHING" comments Pash, and lets face it we all go through difficult times, but all I can say is that I've had no problems at all in all the dealings I've had with Gav over the years.

I guess max felt he wasn't being heard.
If he's happy with Gav's response, I'll delete this thread.
