It sure is good - here´s the marina at Cowes (Isle of Wight now in great detail - so much so that I´m not convinced that the detail was photographed from Space - maybe the images are super-imposed onto the google earth site after having been taken from a light aircraft?)
Check it out of you haven´t already. You need broadband though for best results apparently.

You need to right click, save as & open on the local machine, and rename the damn extension to kmz otherwise it thinks its a winzip file

Are you & Slug still on for the 28th/29th?

I thought I could see my boat but me and my mates were playing around with it and dated the map to be early 2002. Can you remember where you were then??

Mike - Newhaven a little lacking in detail as you can see so it´s pretty difficult to spot your machine. I don´t know why they don´t just reveal all - I mean the Americans can probably tell us how many boats there are on the river Hamble, how many went out last summer, and what the occupants were drinking as the sun went down.....................

I looked at London just after I got out of the shower on this and thought the camera had been pointed the wrong way. It actually turned out that it was my gargantuan manhood casting a shadow over Southern England. "Incredible!" I thought to myself. I reckon I could cast the Northern Hemisphere into a permanent winter had I seen a picture of Judith Chalmers beforehand.
