Congratulations on the new Toy matey.

She's a real Beaut!

Looking forward to seeing her re-engined and polished up with the Lloyde Mirror finish....

Just remembered - A School Friend took the shot - Ted Tolman & the twins followed us back to Croydon for a new dining experience - Mcdonalds.

Time moves quickly.

Hi there, is that Lee?

Yeah I remember speaking to ya Dad .....He was not happy as there was an issue with it not having the offshore saddle or something ....right!
Perhaps you'd remember it better than I?

Steve

LLoyd

Good to talk to you during the week.

I've unearthed a few pics.

My wife took these at Windermere Records week, we did a day there
and got a performance cert averaging about 80mph but as I said to you on the phone we only had a couple of basic props to play with and my co-pilot was 6'4" and had his leg in a plaster cast so lots of unnecessary weight !

I'd like to think you'd get at least mid 80's out of it with the 280 - you can see
from how it sat in the water that the 300 was just toooo heavy

Keep me posted - I'm so glad its now found a really good home , the previous owner just didn't appreciate what he was looking at when he bought it.

Would love a go in her when you've got her up and running

Rgds

Nick
