Helmets/Intercom System........Choices????

Hello Guys,

I was just wondering what type helmets (closed face) and radio sytems your using? Just trying to get an idea of what is on the market.

There isnt really a choice in these, i think most will agree, best system you'll get is the greytronics/ boat intercoms system.

Greytronics is the only intercom system worth using, unless you go for the Stilo helmets with built in intercoms but a pair will probably be over £2k!

As for helmets, Orange Nitro helmets are readily available and only about £60. I used a Craft RX6 last year which came in orange on special order, but this year I've bought a Bell RS3 karting helmet and had it sprayed pearlescent orange by a mate (I've got a bit of a crash helmet fetish, my flat is full of them!!). By the time it was painted and I got a tinted visor it was the best part of £500, but what's your head worth?
