Help I'm Looking for a New Race Boat

Hi To all,

I am looking for a class 111 racer. I am planning on a Phantom 21 with an XR2 (cant resist that tick over noise and full barrage soundtrack of a tuned XR2)..

I have found a hull which I will be collecting next weekend, and XR2 powerhead, but have been advised there are a few great Phantoms currently for sale.. If anyone has one or knows of one please let me know ASAP (especially Kevlar Hulls, or recent hulls). Also willing to look at other makes of hull and other classes (!!Not Honda Four Stroke!!), also, not that interested in a Bat 23 as a bit on the slow side, yeah great in the ruff but I prefere the Phantom..

Thanks all, and happy racing..

Sorry -

A guy that used to post on here (kinfast) had a good mate called Ben Smith.

I incorrectly thought that he had returned from a Maltese Boozer and was posting.

Hey, quick question for anyone!! Bat 23's top speed with an XR2 about 65 - 70 ish?? AP's site reccons 80+, I know I've been in a phantom with a tuned XR2 pushing 82 but shurly the Bat is a bit too bulky with its wings and creates too much drag.. Or am I talking absolute ....
