hidden costs in shipping usa

hi im trying to find out if i can afford to ship a 16ft boat from the good ole u s of a and there are the obviouse costs of shipping and 19% tax but what other pit falls are there and the boat is a 95 one so how dos this affect me with rda etc. thanks
