how heavy is my boat??

bit of a strage question really, im replacing the suspension hubs on a trailer for my boat and they come in a few diffrent sizes for different weight boats.

anyone got any idea of rough weight of a ring 18 with XR2 with no fuel?

the hubs come in 350KG, 500KG and 750KG

i know the 350 ones are out the question but dont know if the 500's are cuttin it a bit fine or if i should go for the 750's?

Is it braked at the mo? Think they go over to being braked axles at 750kg. anything under isnt i dont think? Might be wrong though?

na its not braked at the mo. guernsey laws mean you dont have to have a braked trailer an you can preety much tow anythin.

tryin to keep costs down, think im gonna get the 750 hubs and weld them to a piece of box section to form an axle

Per pair - they're always rated per pair. Just got a set of 500kg ones for my Fletcher after one of the old ones disintegrated on the road and spat a wheel off!

Don't forget the hubs will be supporting the weight of the trailer as well.

Go for the 750's...
