Thinking about it Paul, your dad wouldn't have had a problem with the nose cone hitting the transom as the 21 argo had the massive pad, so there wouldn't have been any transom near where the cone would have been.

Looks like my old box off C10
It's a nice ratio 2.1
It handled way nicer with this riding nicely on it
It also held a little more water in it so I could spend more time out of it without overheating.!
Take the strap anode off the engine fist before using and you will need a step off box and a lifter

Hi, thanks for your info, the ratio of this box is 1.87 to 1 , We are looking into what jackplate to use ,we are looking to put on a Mercury 2.5 L , so we don't want to overhang to much weight off the back of the boat.
