Independence Day accident

This occurred last night in the precise area that I grew up and did my boating in until my move to England in 1987.

34 foot boat, 27 onboard and 3 children dead. The owner's brother says the boat was not overloaded. The pics below are of sisterships. I'll leave you to form your own opinions of the brother's statements and for the cause/s of the tragedy.

If they were all on the flybridge i'm not suprised the boat capcised !
