insurance

right then lads, what do you very high performance boaters do about insurance. no problem with stuff up to 70mph or so but where can you get insurance after that

really nice people at colmans insurance,and they would cover me,but the amount of clauses means it wouldnt work ie,not to be used after dusk,certain wind speeds and the cost involved would be around £3000,so im out,best call mr.bernico now

Was that fully comp? What about 3rd party only?
(What about after dusk with night vision goggles on...)

3rd party is still over £1000, no cover when on the driveway,or if anything happens to it when using it,and that was giving a top speed of 90mph,i thought i would try and get cover at that speed and then add abit more later

ok, for the benefit of my sanity, Ive just looked it up.

inclusive of 60% no claims discount, I was paying £41 a month. So not as much as I remember. I was clearly having a moment there!
