Take the tubes off and I would say that would be one hell of a boat!

Apparently running at 84MPH and he aiming to get to 90 eventually. Just putting a bigger motor -- more details here: http://www.rib.net/forum/showthread.php?p=165829

Looks nice but is it an illusion or is the boat running with a porthand list?

Well, if it's doing 84mph, it must have approaching 500hp, or mebbe more, going out through a single drive, with most likely a right rand rotation propeller, so I reckon it's entitled to suffer a little port list.
Even duo-props give a bit of torque reaction, and this is more likely to be a single prop setup.

Think its an illusion because of the angle of the helicopter taking the video footage. Looks like its bouncing from either side to me?

HI guys, browsing around I found this forum discussing the RIB I designed.
Thanks for your comments !
The RIB now can reach a speed of 77 knots with the bigger engine now installed (as mentioned above)
It is now equipped with a heavily modified 502.
Those of you who pointed out the tendency to heel to one side did an appropriate comment, as already sayied by someone else this is caused by the heavy torque generated by the prop, the leg has been raised a lot to get higher speeds, this was not an issue with a lower X dimension.
With the new engine this is even more vivible, we are running a 29 (!!) pitched prop pushed by a 550 Hp engine, the RIB is very narrow (1.9 mt at chine) and very few hull remains in the water, the heavy torque make the RIB heel to one side.
This does not compromise performance or safety and usually a light push on the flap button completly correct the behaviour but my beloved drivers seem not to like flaps at all because of speed loss...I always tell them to put damn flaps down..but they keep pulling em up...
