Hi Mark
I have the same engine on my Marshan, regarding the VRO pump, mine is disconnected and i pre mix with a 50-1 ratio, it is a bit of a pain but i know exactly what amount of oil is going into the engine and to be honest my motor runs as sweet as a nut and it gives me piece of mind, these motors have plenty of history with inconsitency and VRO failure.
Cheers
Mark
