I saw this boat on the hard at Portland over the weekend, it's a very striking design. I had a quick chat with the owner & said he was pleased with her but I guess he would say that.

Anyone know how effective it is, or any thoughts on the wave piercing concept?

Ta

I think it was made down here in the West Country, and it has been reported in one or two magazines and if I remember correctly the design works very well with very good efficiency.

wave piercing

The SBS in Poole had 2 designed by Halmatic powerd by 2 750 Seateks on MK6 drives, very strange ride and it went dark when you hit a wave and went through instead of over!

There are a couple of videos of her running on Youtube but the quality is pretty poor so I can't get much of a feeling for the wave piercing ability.

I wonder how she would perform in a round Britain challenge?
