Mercury 502 MPI

Hi there I have a lightly modified 502MPI and want to check the setup and maybe modify it further.

Is there anyone in the UK that knows their V8's or 502's well enough to help.

I am also running a lightly breathed on 502

1st thing to do is junk the MpI, the throttle body doesn't flow enough to produce any real power

My engine started out life as crate 502 HO a cam change, slight increase in compression combined with a GM72068t inlet manifold and holley 850 double pumper saw 580hp on the dyno
