Mercury Bravo 1 22P - 4 blade prop

I have my eye on the above prop for my Marshan 18 & 200 Mercury combo.

Wanting something that will pop up onto plane quickly and be stable and suitable for leisure skiing and pulling a ringo.

What are the pros and cons of a 4 blade prop?

Thanks in advance,

Boyd

Any real life feedback.

I have read the Mercury blurb and it's all very convincing, but there must be a reason that most boats still use 3 bladed props!?

It should do what you want! I use a Merc Rev 4, and holeshot is amazing, I can get on plane just tickling the throttle with no slip at all

Thanks Paul. Sounds good, as the boat will be used for skiing all summer.

Cheers,

Boyd
