reading on another forum that power boat racing is happnening next weekend off cowes, i went a few years ago and launched from lea on solent, is the launch still open? if not where else local is there?

any you guys going to this?

Lee on solent slipway is opn and is ok problem is it can get very busy with Wetbikers and is hard work when it is choppy as it is not sheltered.

We always slip at haslar marinr now - very quiet and sheltered athough the slipway is not concrte so its difficult to gt out without a 4x4 or long length of tow rope.
