White Metal Outrigger

Is probably a rudder? With that lump on the back you probably don't want to steer by articulating it - so bolt the monster on in a straight line and have an independent rudder for steering?

well its definately not a rudder! you can see the steering ram onto the engine, as previously said it probably is for protection, maintainance purposes
