p18 speed

what speed should a p18 with a 2.4 merc do 24p prop.
i am only getting 60mph flat out on gps i tought i would get more then that or i am sure people said they get a lot more then that. what can i do to make it a bit faster for minimum money well i say minimum i mean cheap as poss

And are you trimmimg out enough? Is it a 2.4 bridgeport or a normal 200?
