p21 or p23??

i dont know much about the 23, never been in one? whats it like compared to the 21? handling, speed etc etc?

because surley the length adds stability??

The 23 would be slightly better in the rough (especially gettin accross a large swell) but the 21 would probably corner a smidgen tighter.
