Yeah, stripes are in the gel.

Will all be covered with Durabuild any day now.

1) Some more 'Pad'. Port side pad will be started tomorrow.

2) Re-shaped sheer band fwd stb.

3) Re-shaped sheer band fwd port, under way.

Jon I assume you will be keeping that last bit straight with the existing hull or will you be introducing a bit of rocker/hook to keep it an authentic splash

Looking seriously good though [insert jealousy smilie]

Unfortunately I've gone down the legit route, so won't be able to incorporate the wonky bits, horrendus hook and wild claims of 'improvement'. tis just a re-worked Phantom with some revisions to the elderly bottom design, courtesy of Stephen Baker (retired).

Yeah I know. If only. We couldn't afford them, so had to go with the best we could afford.

ello Michael.

How's that guest book looking?

If you're there first thing tomorrow, I'll see you, as I have to pop up and sort out Cougars lights

re: input on the 31, you're very welcome to pop down and see what we're up to, and you can also see the R26 as it morphs into...something else, while you're there.

Sold many 'Rats'?

Jon
I've been following this project, and i must say you must have squad working on this boat, as the work that's been carried out in such a short time is impressive.
When will you have the first finished hull ready?
When you started this my thoughts where he's not a hope in hell of doing this in time for June next year for the 2008 Race.
Keep up the hard work

The 'squad' working on it is down to Nick. (It's actually one fella, Nick and I so far, so a 'squad' of 3)

Should have hull tooling ready to go by the Christmas break.

Build of deck plug will get underway as soon as the mould is pulled from the hull plug, freeing it up for spinning it back over and building the deck on it.

Kind of.

It's from the RingCat mould, but not built by Mike.

For ' Guest book ' read P-----e, book Quite hilarious and outrageous are some of the comments !

But mind you , I encourage it ......

No actual money on the Rats yet but demos booked but more important a good contact with 'oo' number types has been made.

Being pestered to produce a single engined sportsboat again.....
( Got some ideas....)

Thanks for the offer to view the Jeckell and Hyde jobbie , prob. best if I keep away !!!!!

Sorry Jeff, not a rib, and not my project. It's a Ring 26 being stretched to 30'.

We don't allow ribs in the 'Scunkworks' building, they lower the tone.
