whats the reason in the rear step in the hull of this phantom...never seen this before

Looks like a splash to me. or it's been heavily modified.

Screen / dash is different to.

Screens moulded in and they put a scaffold plank in bottom of the mould to make a pad . Heavy boat but excellent in the rough.
