Phantom 20 Repair

Hi all,
My phantom's in a sorry state, I want to get it fixed !
I've changed my mind so many times then i go and do a bit of work on it !
The list of jobs to be done is as follows:
Possible transom replacement
Electrics need attention
The paint is in a sorry state
On the plus side i compression tested the engine, they all came in around 125 ish psi

Any recommendations for the work to be done would be appreciated.
