Any idea of the age of the P23 ?
Is the motor on a fixed gill bracket ?
Looks in need of some TLC
What's the man asking for it ?

p25 is around 1987,motor is on a bracket but has no transom well, its been cut out to fit bravo outdrive, hence alloy plate.
Owner wants 4k but may deal, its been standing for 3 years

Think is more of an 84-85 possible 86, but time just flys by ????When it was new It had a well. Was well put together boat & very reliable, always finished. It did lack the legs of the faster 25's but if I remember it was a slightly heaver layup & was set for the rougher conditions rather than speed.

Blufin nothing wrong with your memory that is exactly what i was told, ive been to see this boat 3 times and nearly bought it every time, it would make a very nice boat with a bit of time and effort.
If anybodies interested in it pm me for owners phone number.

I reckon there would be major issues with rotten structures in that boat, it has al the signs!

John, does this 'Waterfront' have any connection with the ex class II [i['Goldrush'[/i] that became 'Waterfront', and sat at Hamble point for decades?

Waterfront was a nightclub in blackpool who sponsored the boat.

Was there when it was fitted out for the first time I was done very very well, no corners were cut at all, think it showed in the reliablity of the boat, would be a nice rig with twins.
It was no quicker than the Cat when we went out to play but as things chopped up it just used to go away. Shame there was never a head to head with London & Manchester AKA Property Growth for the title of "King of the Rough"

OK, please don't take my word for it, it just looks to me like there'll be stacks of aggro behind the scenes that aren't obvious when you look over it. Especially as it's had a major alteration.
All just my humble opinion, i've 'been there & done that' with old boats with timber structures.

returned it to 2x 2.4 efi vp motors on brackets.sold boat94 and fit 200 yamaha.nothing wrong with transom behind the plate.this boat was built strong for 84 round britain race.
