Thanks Steffy.

Pleased you liked it.

There's been a lot of time, thought and hard work put into the detail.
Especially Mike, as he's the paint guru and should take all the credit for getting the fades and air brushing PERRRRFIC.

Hats off to the Man!

Yes the photos don't do the paint job justice , its the little touches you cannot see in the photos , just a fantastic paint job ,and as for Mike being a paint guru i think not more like paint God

Our progress over the weekend....and

I may have finally found the formula for working on the boat all weekend without getting earache from my apparently neglected wife.
The trick is/was....to make it all her suggestion.....lol.

Take one wife, deliver her to her sisters...... insert a bunch of cash..... equates too ..... One happy Wife!.......and one very Happy me!........Simples!
We'll just have to see how long that lasts....ey!

Anyway, this weekends progress.

Friday.....Was a flying visit really, just to see the clearcoat for myself.
Wow!! It really did/does look amaaaaaazing!
Weldone Mick!

Saturday and Sunday.
1. Flatted off the entire deck to remove any minor imperfections.
2. Carefully offered up the rear hatch and rear seat to work out seat foam thicknesses, head rest sizes and Naca duct locations etc.
3. Make cardboard head mock restaint.
4. Completed flowcoat at transom, rear of dash, beneath hatch and bow tank areas.
5. Cut carbon fibre Dash and Shifter panels.
6. Cut template for forward carbon fibre speaker bulkhead at bow tank.
7. Take the pee out of 'Mark e Mark' and 'Dannyboy'....No change there then!
But joking aside..... We made some good progress this weekend.....Weldone guys!

Just need to fit the lifters now and we'll be ready for some engines......

Steve

ooooow what's the Rub strip gona look like!???

I was a little concerned that the rubbing strip/rail might just spoil the look of the fades.
But I'm happy to say, I was more than pleased when Mark e Mark and I offered it up and took a step back.
Annnnd of course...... a couple more pics.
