Wicked job Lloyde.

But I think that's quite enough polishing for now.....It's time to get on with the rigging.

I hope I'm still invited to the Big launch! ;o)

Speak soon.

Hiya, have you altered the transom width at all,the engine well cut out?Could i be cheeky aswell, need some close up pics of the transom well, mines been cut away to fit an inboard, then sheeted in,up and over in 1/8 ally, all thats been removed ready to glass a new well in,would kie it to look original if poss, hence pics,a couple of dimensions would help.If can do could you p.m. Boat lookin good, bet you got a big grin every time you look at it now.Got a bow tank here if you want to take a moulding off it,fits the p25 perfect.

Finally! The Air brush Paint Job has begun!

With the Mercury racing colours in mind.....
The first step was a Yellow to Orange, front to rear fade for the Hull sides.

The red graphics will be next.

The boat is looking lovely. The colours look blended together well.

Are you putting a white, stainless or black rubbing strip on?

Rub strip?

[QUOTE=Temporarily Insane;185889]The boat is looking lovely. The colours look blended together well.

[/QUOTE)

Thanks for the compliments guys.
She's gona be the Nuts....ain't she!?

'blended together well'.

Yeah, Mike's a real perfectionist and an absolute Master with a spray gun.
A proper craftsman! and a genuinely nice guy too.
You just wait until you see his air brushing.....It's just amazing!

'Are you putting a white, stainless or black rubbing strip on?'

Dunno yet!

I have a new black plastic rub strip from wilks, but will decide when the paint jobs finished.
At the moment I think l'll probably go for white or stainless.

Not that I know where to get a stainless one from.....yet!
When I last looked Wilks only done black or white plastic and aluminium.
Anyone have any ideas?

Think I'd better start my own thread ey....don't wana hijack this one.

Steve
