if the chaudrons deck is different how can it be a copy of the phantom?they dont look the same. if its chaudrons own deck then it must be their design?

If the chaudrons deck is not the same as a phantoms how can it be a copy of the phantom? They look different. if its a chaudron deck then it must be their design?
