Prop deal with " phantom-21"

Need your help.
i have buy a Bravo prop from the boatmad member " phantom_21 "
Have pay the prop directly and he called me he will send the prop
in the next few days.
I waiting over 4 Weeks and the prop did not arrived!
I have made manny deals with boatmad members without anny problems!
Have contact him a week ago and he called me he can not find a way to send the prop!
Are there other boatmad members in Devon how know phantom_21?
Is my monney lost forever ?

Looks like he's based in Exmouth - there are a few members there. It's not difficult to send a prop or anything to Europe!

Have send him a few pm s but dont become a reply

I know its not difficult to send the prop!
But we can or will not send the prop.
He know where he must send the prop before we make the deal.

Hi,
have become my monney back from pay pal.
I have contact pay pal and they have try to contact
phantom_21 but have no reply from phantom_21 too.
So they have send me my monney back.
Be careful, phantom_21 is not a person you can thrust!!!
I think there is no place for those dealers is a comunity like
boatmad.
