Question

When your rev your outboard in neutral and there is a bit of movement of the engine, is anything wrong with that, does anything need tweaking?

generaly no,go to the back of the motor with it trimmed up a bit and put both hands around the gear box and give it a wiggle, you may see a bit of movment on the center yoke but usualy a bit of greas will sort this.
then you can also look at the bottom engine mounts located just above the cavatation plate if you go to the side of the motor with it trimed so the gear box is nearly touching the ground put you foot againsed the skeg arm over the power head and wiggle you will see and exsess movment.... hope this helps
