Red Diesel Blockade

Just read in this months Boat freebie magazine that someone is planning to organise a demonstration to block some rivers and maybe the cruise terminal in southampton. To protest about the scrapping of red diesel for marine leisure users.

Just wondered if anyone was planning to take part?

Also anyone know much about them Glastron boats. Have a mate who fancies getting one thinking he is going to put boot polish on his face and don a brown herringbone jacket and pretend he is something out of Live and Let Die. Wasnt sure whether this is more a river boat and not suitable for the solent chop!

Anyone know about these things?

As we have seen recently Labour Loves a good U-Turn at the last minute. Partiularly when it involves low income types like us being further put out of pocket!
