Replacement Screen

Any suggestions for a replacement perspex wraparound windscreen - made to order?

Same for dash fascia panels?

go for polycarbanate, you can bend it in half or stamp on it without it snapping or failing, perspex you only have to look at it wrong and it cracks

Sunlight Plastics get my vote.
Super bunch of guys.

However - if it needs to be molded (rather than just a flat sheet cold bent around a curve), then you'll struggle with polycarbonate - it's very particular about the working conditions (pre-drying, mould preparation, etc).

There are some pretty good "perspex" type materials these days though that have both good UV stability, the strength of polycarbonate, but can be molded like traditional perspex.

Thanks.

Sunlight have a picture of Peter's XRS37 on their website so hopefully familiar with Huntons.
