Russ Williams P21 Moulds
As most of you know, Russ owns the rights to build P21's from the original SB tooling. After 20mths he still has no access to the property that is rightfully his.The moulds are currentely in a barn in hythe and being held back by Martin Vezzey of Hydromax Powerboats, how many excuses are there for not handing them over, this guy could write a book, i heard some of them myself and the B/S is off the scale.
I feel that everyone should get behind Russ and harrass this lying F***ER before this iconic sportsboat is lost forever.
Most on here are Phantom mad, would you like it if you were in this position, probably not ,so i am going to put Vezzey's phone number at the bottom of this post, ring him , text him, abuse him whatever, i personally would of kicked the crap out of him if i was in Russ's position, but russell wants to do this properly and he needs your help .
GIVE THE MAN A HAND
LYING ASSHOLE 07876703385
Many Thanks Pete

I tried to find you a copy of hot boat, but no where in Kissimmee sold it, typical.
I'll give you a buzz tomorrow.

Hi Russ
I personally would'nt do a splash on the p21 as it will always be known as a splash no matter how good I'm sure you will make it.
I would go through the small claims court route which is for claims up to 5k and is very quick and easy to use.If he does'nt turn up the decision automatically goes against him and you get your money back.
Have a look at www.moneyclaim.gov.uk and I bet you get the your moulds or your money back quickly.
hope this helps
Steve

I agree! If I'd paid good money for something and not received it I'd be round there with the boys claiming what's rightfully mine!!

That's a bit of an odd post, the fact is I paid for the moulds Martyn never paid a penny. In his defence he has signed the moulds over to me and has never refused to hand them over, but as yet he hasn't for all sorts of reasons. There is no more to this story other than I have had no access to the moulds, yet they are mine. What I can say is, one of the reasons was he owed the barn owner money which he has now paid.
Think I had more than one or two beers yesterday.
Braking in to the barn is no go police would be in 5 mins
And getting myself nicked for sorting him out is just stupid
Will hold off on the splash for now.
Just hope he sorts this out and does the right thing,i would love to be able to say the man come good lets hope i can do that very soon.

You are right in saying the moulds have seen better days the issue is having the original SB moulds and the true rights to build.New moulds will have to be made at some time or other, and i cant see how anyone could call them a splash, unless they want the p21 to just die out.But that's a very good question, suppose will have to just deal with that when the time comes.
Thick skin is properly the only way to go on that one me thinks

I must say that the SBp21 tooling is 100% mine with paper work to prove it and sole rights to build Martyn has signed them over to me,so if i did make new moulds how could you call that splashing

For the record......
Ok, this is driving me mental. My name is Diane Hall. My husband owns Hydromax Powerboats Ltd. I have found this posting as a result of SEO-ing and it is REALLY annoying me, that is the only reason I am posting, I would never normally involve myself in such petty BS... but first of all, Martyn Vezey WORKS for us, he is not a director, owner, shareholder or anything but an employee. Yep, he may be all the things you say but Russ is not being as honest as you would all like to think. Russ has visited my husband at Hydromax (some time ago) regarding his “ownership” of the moulds and we have seen the paperwork Russ has been given by Vezey. We have, out of civility, given Russ several options to help him recover his £5k, he has chosen not to. Russ obviously is aware of all of this so why the postings? He is not making full disclosure to you including about the hull he has been already been given by Vezey. One more thing, that warehouse, the tooling? That is Hydromax’s property so therefore mine and my husbands, I do not appreciate threats to my property especially when baseball bats etc get mentioned, I am proper pee’d off and I will forward all this to the police if any damage occurs. The moulds are in a barn in Marchwood, Tavells Lane, you know that, we want nothing to do with them or any of this, help yourself Russ. That’s all.
