Crikey. It looks absolutely awesome... Me like
Dean, do you have any idea what the absolute max length for Marathon Class is? I remember someone talking about a certain tolerance for the 50' limit (it was regarding the buzzi 55 / Blue FPT)... Must try to see if we can prevent the organizer from wiping the floor with the competitors in his own race

If you take away the overhang, the buzzi 55' measures under 50', I would guess about 48'?
What are you planning on racing?

The Max length is still set at 50ft (UIM measurement), My boat is a '52' but has a UIM measurement of 48ft..... Think Blue FPT was 55ft with a large overhang covering the trimax drive ...but still measured (UIM) less than 50ft .... As an example my XS is a 38ft but actually 4ft is trimax overhang so 5 ft on a 55 sounds reasonable.

I have gone for the largest hull I could afford... and now watching & reducing the cost of rigging & powertrain package as much as possible

Crash Boxes
The company is called SCS
We can transfer the ratio's in the drop box in 10 minutes
Means we only need spare gears ($400) instead of props ($5000) to adjust for the conditions...... which would be a first anyway ... Lol

Hi Dean. Now that is a nice boat and a definate winner. Nice to see someone who has built a specific boat for a specific purpose.
The boat looks awesome and i am sure the stisfaction of running this vessel will be high.Great Job. Duna
