the price is right (or wrong)

anyone know if there is a glasses guide for boats??

Got my boat up forsale and just had a silly price of £12k or £13k with full engine and trailer service with new wheels etc...

Seems really low... is this standard in boat selling world???? or anyone know if im over priced?? my price was set to attract sensible offers!!

any opinions appreciated!

Heres my boat

Having been looking recently I would have thought it would fetch 15K + all day.
IMHO

There is a guide called 'Threestokes'. It's mainly for outboards but they do list a lot of popular boat prices for dealer reference.

Like Glasses guide, it's a very expensive little book if you've got to buy it.

17k is overpriced. Dealer forecourt yes but private seller no chance. - it's a bitch of a market at the moment, we're selling top end new stuff well and and boats up to about ten grand. Boats that fall in the 12 - 20 grand bracket just ain't happening.

weather isn't helping as it has been a slow start to the season plus there was a touch of caution about the house prices.

Ebay doesn`t help one bit either.

15 is the figure you need to ptch it up at.

I would have thought you would get advertise at £15 to sell at £14 at the end of the day if you want shot of it another £500 at £13.5, should seal a deal. It is 6 years plus old.
