Question trailer hubs??

I want to buy some alloys for my trailer does anyone know wot hubs they normally use? i.e vauxhall,ford etc etc?? Or can i buy converters to make some fit?

U have to have fitting adaptors which I think are about £200 odd pounds a pair, hence I am gonna buy a shiney set of 13" wheel trims lol

I wonder if vauxhall wheels will fit mine then? They are 4 stud with a pretty bit centre hole for the hub.
