Weston Super Mare Tides

Does anyone from Weston know if an 8.14 m High Tide is enough for launching from the slipway?

I've been there before on a neap tide and the water didn't even reach the concrete, but not sure how high it is.

Hoping to get out on Sunday. But who knows?

Cheers.

Why not Weymouth nige? Blue Water Horizons is the best place to launch from as they do it all for you for £20 and this includes parking for both trailer and car for the day!

I know, but I'm going out with a pal who's just got himself a new boat, and he wants to try it out.

Last weekend we went to Weymouth, and we had one or two problems. Ended up swimming back to my boat !!!

Want to go somewhere not quite so far to check things out.

You in Weymouth tomorrow Rob ?

Nah, boats away for the season now. Going to start taking it apart now to restore the paint work and rewire it. I have a new wiring loom coming for the states as the old one have been played with a bit to much and will be too short once I have put more setback on.
Ended up swimming back to your boat? Did you hook it?
