what are phantom stress marks?

came across this on egay!

i was particulaly amussed by the sentence
"THERE ARE THE USUAL STRESS MARKS ON TOP SIDE WHICH IS NORMAL FOR A USED PHANTOM"

if thats even what it is?

to be honest i,ve had several phantoms and they have all had stress cracks but still been strong as an ox

small areas of crazing on the top deck usually around the cleat area, not bad just in the top layer of gel

stress marks

all over sides of windscreen first time out on a brand new 21[no guts ,no glory]just a dead thin layer of gel coat sprayed on before glassing,keep the weight down,steve must have done them all the same,nothing to worry about,never seen any cracks in the glass below.

Never heard of the asre of a Phantoim coming apart like these new boats around now days, even when my dads Phantom 21 was smashed up (written off) in Wales and the Yam was hanging off the back it still held together on the drive back to Kent
