Wow, JSRE

This engine is awesome. Runs much better when you have EGT probes in correct place so no longer running well rich. It's absolutely fantastic and I can truely recommend if you need your motor rebuilt to send it to Jay @ JSRE the cost of the shipping gets covered because parts are half the price.

89.6mph today felt stupidly quick, people watching said it looked mental

When's my race with Ross??

I will dude, its taken alot of practice to be able to control it at that speed. It's a constant choping at the wheel to keep it straight.
I believe there is still a little bit more left but not in sea conditions maybe on a lake or river. Cyco and a few others were watching and said it looked and sounded amazing barely any hull in the water and screaming. Bullet was 1" above the bottom, no water up front and tabs right up. Only trimmed just past level though as anymore in even a ripple of water feels un-controlable

I was on my own in the boat with full on racing life jacket, helmet, kill cord etc. Not the Muts method

Congrats dude,Mike Horn and Peter Lee ran same sorta speed in a p20 called terminator early 1990's with a stock 260, you should get into the 90's cos Mike and Peter were no lightweights.

I reckon there will be a lot trying for the outboard immersed propeller record this year. There's some very fast boats on my local river this year.
