check for play in midsection, bushes or play in steering maybe you have air in it. any bolts loose?

you can break a chine by fighting with the steering, turning left to right but takes practice

My boat used to chine walk like a good one at anything over 5700RPM (standard 23 laser 2) unless it was mirror flat. I changed the prop for one I got off ebay (worked laser 2 22, now 22.5) and now its fine at WOT even in a short chop and I've seen 6750RPM.

So there ya go!!!
