Boats were built to customer specification. Some normal, others either light or heavy depending on intended use.
Contact Terry or Colin Sleap at the Romney Marsh Potato Company in New Romney, Kent, the designers and builders of Marshan Boats. (Romney Marsh = Marshan)
Give them the HIN and they should be able to provide an original spec for your hull.

By the way, Colin got runner up in the eighties 3C national championship against fast cats and the Marshan 21 was also a serious water ski racing hull. Maybe not as good as Steve Baker's Phantom design in the rough, which was exceptional, but better than a lot of others. The biggest engine that Terry put on the 21 was a prototype Mercury 400, imported from the states.
Didn't work, too much weight and torque, so project abandonded, don't know where the engine ended up. Anyway Marshan 21 with 150- 250 hp is a quick, safe boat with usable cockpit area.

Nice looking boat but beware of over trimming in flat water as they had a habit of hooking in a straight line in fact Terry Sleap never used to belive us until he got thrown out of one in London Docks on the run down to the first turn back in the 1980s, he did however have a T6 Merc on the back !!!
