That does not look like 143 MPH....

Did you spot the police boat edging accross the river? He sees the boat coming, and dumps his boat into reverse, and send a wash into the path of the on coming boat.... Nice. If it was one of those flighty air entrapment boats, that could be a problem..

It is a flighty 'air entrapment' boat!

I reckon it's 140mph, look how long it takes, or rather doesn't, for it to come from way in the distance, to the camera.

120mph= 2 miles/min

That far bridge has to be at least a 1/2 mile away, and it appears to take about 12-13 secs to cover the distance, and I assume it's still on the 'run up' when right back at the first bridge.

I may be wrong, but I think it's for real.
