Nope!

If it didn`t retire,it came in 12th,and it had the state of the art Lambos in it.

Built by Codecasa, sort of a 41ft CUV bastardized.

Ah. What went so wrong then? I'm guessing it couldn't handle the rough?

You`ll never know unless you have inside information. The rights and wrongs of 3-pointers can open up a can of worms. Some have worked, and as many have failed, maybe unconnected with their hull design.Buzzi has had a go with some success, and of course Lorne Campbell with Skean Dhu and Triton (a Skean Dhu lookalike) which got rave reviews in America. But no one has built them in numbers. They really have their rootes in record breakers, yet have this tag as rough weather boats, but are they really as good as a strong mono. You`ll most likely add weight to them, just to keep the strength in the structure, and it`s not like putting steps in a hull to ride on the skin breakup.Presumably that intake cowl was to force air into the semi tunnel aft of amidships,so unless you have a proper underside of wing working then maybe it`s a waste of time.

Some ideas are wasting time (and money) and nothing more.
That thing was not only a CUV 41' bastardized but also a three-points bastardized.
Result? demolished.

BTW: unfortunately it was a thing produced in Viareggio.
