Hull and deck now laid up - templating for internal longitudinals and frames. Work carrying on over the Easter and looking for first boat out of the moulds end of next week.

Here it is - boat 1 out of the moulds and hull deck joined on inside. Outer hull / deck joint to be done and made good next.
But all has come out really well and all pleased.

many thanks - and one more for tonight
bow shot with small bow wings / anti stuffers. this angle also shows the double chine effect really well with twin spray rails on the main surface.
so the main running surface is pretty narrow - but some reserve beam with the extra chine.

Looks awesome Adam, gorgeous lines especially from the side! I'm not completely sold on the front wing design yet but I'm waiting to see it finished for that one!

That’s very nice Adam, especially like how you have blended the surface between the inner and outer chine and the bow.

The builders are working on the hull / deck joint and also more internal structures to go in. Then details such as the deck hatches, bow rails, vents for the rear two steps etc.
Then I will get rigging the first boat - not sure what power we are going for on this one yet - maybe a 150? Need to test the boat with various set-ups and engines and get as much data as possible.
Somewhere in the schedule we will see her logo'd up and that will be fun too.

Hi Adam this boat looks great, I saw the 23 Aquavite you did for Guernsey last weekend going for its first run.
The finish was fantastic and looked even better in the flesh
Regards
Steve

Hi Steve - looking forward to seeing how the Aquavites go.
Also hoping to get out to Guernsey some time this year for one of your events. If all comes together will come over by water and race in my RIB.
Will need to get some practice in first though!

Hi Phil - a bit of a quieter spell as things happening behind the scenes. Various other parts underway, from the navigators console to a fairing infront of the engine, fuel tanks being made. The boat builder has also been finishing off the PPG 11M RIB as well - with that being launched early next week again.
Firming up details for the first boats being sold too. I hope the next boat build starts next week.
I will try to visit the yard tomorrow and give an up-date.

An up-date on boat 1 - delivered to the docks at Portsmouth today.
Engine fitted and running - but final rigging to be finished.
Looking good and can't wait to see her on the water.
