Better save than sorry on the repair
Sorted the trailer today mate
The steel bar will be galvanised and the keelrol will be fittit with the right diameter axel befor the engine will be fitted .
There will be one keelrol fitted between the two that are on origional as well so that makes a total of 4 keelrols wich will take the weight of the boat .

Btw the last keelrol is about 25/30cm from the end of the hull .

Nice work thus far....

Interested to hear how you get on with that retractable motorized allround white light as I was going to buy one for my P28. Is it an LED version or normal filament bulb?

The plugin ones I've had before are rubbish quality and this seemed like a nice alternative given that we do quite a lot of boating in the dark.

Thanks for the compliment
I have the same lighting on the 600XS and it works fine for over 4years
The light is a led version , its in an automatic and hand version .
As i dont use it a lot so i got the hand retractable version it also saves a few euro's
I got the lights and pull-up cleats here : http://www.iq-parts-shop.nl/index.php/cPath/124_176

Put on a first layer of topcoat on the transome today , color is just perfect
Also testfitted the tabs after painting them , will fit the rest (cilinders , tab-ribs etc.) saturday .
Its starting to look like a boat again .

Put some zf-primer on the underside of the new floorplate for the tank .
Coated the transome with a second lager topcoat .
Laminated the baseplate for the seat and footrest with woven mat and epoxy .
Did some work on the tabs and ceated a Cye "special"
Also cut the first hole in the dash for a switch pannel , also working on the rest of the layout but first i have to get a steeringwheel and pump from my dealer to seen what the best option wil be regarding to the chart plotter / SC5000 (wich will be replaced by a vesselvieuw) and the SC1000 speedo/tacho and fuelgauge .

Progress is slow at the moment but did some small time cunsuming things today like , mounting the tabs and cilinders , meanwhile my dad was polishing all small stainles bolts and screws and other stuff , sanding the inside of the hull to coat the floor later this week , last layer of epoxy filler on the repair befor coating , and also had someone over to fix two small tears on the backside of one of the seats .

Took the day off to work on the boat , put on a last layer of doublecoat and blew in the color flakes (red/blue/silver) next week it will be coated with a clear uv-coating to seal the flakes .
Also made my own onderwater lighting (2Watt cooled powerled) in a stainless steel fitting wich comes in the transome were the drainpipe used to be .
Also made some powerleds in the fittings that used to be flag storage in the center console backend .
Befor leaving i made a fuelsender in the tank and coated the tank with a layer of zf-primer so i can finish the tank in blue doublecoat next week .

Done some small things today , painted the battery cover tab-switches and indicator housing for a second time , clear coated the floor , painted the tank for the first time (it will be the same color as the tabs in the end) and fixed a broken m5 tapend in one of the stainles tab-indicator cable holders so they are all the same now .
I think she will be ready in a week or two
