Its allways funny to take a ride

Eum, boat runs like any other V-24 i guess. In the movie we are doing 72-74mph.

Best so far is 76mph, but kinda light in fuel, decent wind/wind direction, wave height.

Truth to be told, i havent put much effort in trying to run any speeds. Been alot of work on the boat, just to keep her running. And one week ago i my gf gave birth to the coolest kid ever

Thanks watching Scand!

Yes backwards is kinda cool in the rough, shame on the fogy lense though.

I have more footage, but will continue to take more, need more shots forward i think

Saw your movie, boat looks pretty fast, and fun to drive also

V24 Future

With all the different organisers of races etc., I have picked up that Class V24 will not last long in the UK and a a lot of boats are going to Norway etc., is there any truth in these rumours, they seem good value for money say compared to Class 3C and have a good performance

Thumbs down V24 Future

Thanks "Big Dog" doesn't really make sense when a Merc Outboard for 3C costs 17-20 Thousand dollars and now they are talking of making the Class have canopies I know I would rather have the V24 as a known quantity and price rather than waiting to see how much its going to cost to go 3c sometime later on.

There is a team here in Sweden that wants a V-24. If i got it right, they most likley want one with a blown engine, or in lousy condition cause they had a new GXi just waiting for the boat.

So if you know of any boat, you can just pm me. One more V-24 to Sweden and its starting to look good

V-24 that is the blue/white one right?

We had a great fight with them on Friday, we where side by side in to the first turn and after that we increased the gap lap by lap but at the finnish there was only 9 sec a head of them.

Saturday, same thing, we kinda missed the start, and worked our ass of trying to catch them, and we did right before the first turn, but we continued to go side by side for some time, felt like ages to me, just after we passed them, they had some kind of mechanical problems.

They say that the cockpit was filled with smoke, not exhaust but oils smoke. I havent talked to them since they started the repair, i will call them any day and se whats going on.

Thanks man, i will qoute you.

Yes, that one hand on the wheel thingy, haha, well feelt like a good time to scratch my nose and fix my belt

The noise at 12.05 is one of Team Westerlunds X-cat, awesome boat:
http://www.teamwesterlundracing.se/eng/

12.34 was a perfect run id say, did not loose much speed and it was asusual when its calm like this, WOT the entire race

You kinda feel bad for the engine after 40 minutes and not backing of the throttle once, haha

Thanks man!
