Cows yacht haven can get a bit choppy when you're overnighting there.

Might just be possible - but would be pretty tight / intimate!
I have had another company approach me about designing a 25' version of the boat, all very similar but just slightly larger cockpit and that would have a small cuddy. The 25' would again be mainly based around single outboard - mainly using any of the large hp engines available - but for them ideally the 300XS Merc. Don't know if it will happen though....

Would love to do a 28' version - but has not been talked about yet. Actually working on 5 different designs (the rest are RIBs) for Watermark which will keep them going for a while so I would think it is unlikley.
However if they were to think it would sell - or some other builder like the concept who knows?

Thanks for comment.
We have not actually weighed a boat yet. It will not be a lightweight special though -and have gone for a pretty solid build to start with. The boat also has good beam and lots of lift from the hull so has been allowed for.
May look at lighter versions in the future.

Just been back to the begining a re-read the thread, nice to see the whole process through. It looks a really useable boat good size too. Quite neat that the thread started in July last year & here it is on the water running. Well done Adam

Many thanks - and very pleased how it has all come togther. Watermark Marine are now very much up and running and a really important time for them too as this was their first boat launched. They now have two RIBs in build, one more Aquavite and others at plug and mould stage.
Anyway - hopefully see you at Allhallows.

Eventually managed to get back out of the water this Sunday - a good run and some important testing which will now let me move on with some prop work.
Been a bit ambitous on pitch - but at the same tiem slip factor has been a little lower than expected.
Anyway - a couple of shots.

Thankyou - at the moment she is running 77 mph with decent fuel load and two-up. Certainly more to come and the standard Raker prop is not that suited to a stepped hull. That will be going in this week for work and I have a number of other props to try as well - but only been on the water for two hours so far.
Really impressed with the HO so far - would make a great engine to base a race class around! Don't think anyone really knows the power of the engine - still rated as a 250hp, but seems pretty well accepted that power is really 265 to 270.
Actually we have three hulls in the UK at the moment. There is a stock boat in white and a ski-race version also in white - and these will be for sale soon either as bare boats or fully rigged. Really once I have finished the initial testing of the red boat and have all set-up factors correct etc.
After that certainly looking at bringing more boats into the country.
