Boating last W-E

Had an enjoyable couple of days on the water last weekend, and the old girl clicked over the 4000 mile marker.

Also had a visit from a L-A celebrity A lister in one of his creations.

A friend of mines brother just bought a Ring Ranger 21, he was describing it to me on the phone, was hard to picture what he was on about!
Now I suppose I have an idea! It's rigged with a 200 Suzuki and supposed to run pretty well in the rough.

Nice compromise!

well, to be honest the 26 project became far bigger than I ever intended. I think my technical adviser pitched me a curveball on that one.

And how is the MOT on the whitemobile then nobby?

Yes, luckily the high tide let me cut the corner off and sneak through the plethora of sailing crap and beat that tanker/container ship into Southampton water.

Two days on the water, and didn't once exceed 50mph, much to the delight of my long suffering wife.
