The yellow baot that I think was Adrian's just about to be delivered. You can see how smart the premises were then !

Yes the yellow on was Adrian's.

The ones I can remember that you and Paul built were:

Rob Stewarts - Snap on which was at one time red white and blue

Jon Miller - Turning Point (later RN Point) White and Green

Steve Hoare (TX Controls) The Blueish one

Adrain Jardine -Terminator - the Yellow one

Then the Imports

Yours - Susies Frode (Later Penthouse) - Max Walker

Jed Smiths 21 which got part eaten in Blackpool when another boat prop walked up the deck

Paul Denfords - The Joker

Sorry can not think of the last one of the 5 that you and Paul built, it will come to me in time.

the other went up north and stayed there

Well that's not the one I have now so there must have been three imported.
Interestingly I see that in Scandinavia they have a V150 class for old monos with 150HP stock motors, using Frodes Tintorellas etc and they had 8 entries all this year.No transom lifts all very simple to keep costs low. Maybe this is a better way to go than F200 as an old mono won't keep up with a Manerfeldt 23 ?

It's not suggesting they can. F200 is 3 classes - ribs, 3c and "production" which I am sure fits that kind of thing. But almost no one entered the production category!!

Well thankyou for that most helpful comment.

It certainly needs to change - or maybe the organising club needs to change - but somewhere something needs to happen!

It maybe more basic racing with a formula 200 class or it maybe a different idea.

You're welcome but I'm afraid I can't take credit for that comment (well maybe it wasn't a direct quote - see F200 section for the quote!) that is the official RYA comment on the series!

Nice to know our national authority is supporting racing! Soon there will be more committee members and RYA racing employees than actual racers...

Actually where did you find the quote. Their website listing the classes for racing has not been updated since 2003!!
