Finally new gear shifter from a Cyco design (with my touch of adding the name with the mirror panel) and built by my own fair hands (well nearly).

TBH it wasnt hard to get it like this once I got the right gear. Just means that on top of the trailer I now will have to polish this each time as well.

HI Scott,
Yep I'll be out, unsure of exact movements yet but I will defo be on the water. Are you saying down the whole weekend or just coming down on the Sunday?
As for the box, started with my faithfull black and decker with a buffing wheel then after 20minutes got fed up so borrowed a bloody great polisher from work, 2 hrs later and hay presto!
Gotta say I well chuffed with the results compared to how it lkooked when I first got it.

Shifter Panels

Just to clear things up, Cyco designs and builds the shifter panels as seen in the photos.

Gav also makes a fibreglass panel that looks similar.

The Panel that is shown in Dan's boat was made by Eden who Dan works for, it was made from a drawing that i supplied Dan.
The information on the drawing is copyright protected and should not be copied without the companies written permisson.
Myself and Dan came to a financial agreement for the information hence Dan manufacturing his own shifter panel.

I can supply shifter panels and shifters as singles, doubles , and tripple unit.

I would consider one of Gav's firbeglass panel firstly as they are cheaper and lighter than mine, my shifters will fit Gav's panels as per Butry's P20.

Hope this helps.

Pm for Shifter prices if interested.

Cyco
Do all three sizes use the same, secret revolutionary, copyrighted 90 degree folds, or do they differ?

Just as confirmation of the above, Cyes spot on. I made this myself as agreed with Cye from his CAD drawings, they are the dogs and if anyone wants one get in touch with Cye.
Dont want to cause any stress, only put the pic on as I was well pleased with how it looks.
